Abstract

Last time, we mentioned several operator algebras arising from the algebra of functions on the universal covering space of a compact Riemann surface X of genus g>0 and the fundamental group of X. In this talk, we would like to take a look at some classical examples of algebra of functions on genus one compact Riemann surfaces through its universal covering space.
