Sang-Hyuck Moon was a postdoctoral fellow at the National Center for Theoretical Sciences (NCTS).His mentor is Professor Chun-Hsiung Hsia.
In February 2019, he received his PhD degree from KAIST under the supervision of Professor Jaeyoung Byeon.
The majority of his research involves nonlinear elliptic partial differential equations arising from mathematical physics or geometry. Recently, he studied coupled Schroedinger equations, Lane-Emden systems, Chern-Simons-Higgs equations, etc. He also has interest in calculus of variations.
