Chi Hin Chan is currently an associate professor working at the National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University of Taiwan. He got his Ph.D. from the University of Texas at Austin in 2008, under the supervision of professor Alexis F. Vasseur. His current research interest lies in the interconnection of geometric analysis of PDE and the study of incompressible Navier-Stokes equations. Currently, Chi Hin Chan is working on a significant research project, which aims at seeking the correct operator which represents the viscous effect of an incompressible Naiver-Stokes flow on a curved space setting. Also, Chi Hin is also trying to study the connection between incompressible fluid flows and the board area of contact geometry.

中心科學家陳子軒副教授現任於陽明交大，他在2008 年自德蕯斯大學，奧斯汀分校博士畢業，師從著名學者Vassseur 教授，近年來，陳子軒的研究落實於幾何分折與流體動力學之間，最近致力於尋找在曲面上流體粘性阻力的表達算子的正確表達，這些研究可有直接的物理意義，此外，陳子軒的研究亦開始注意流體力學與切觸拓樸的關係。
