Oguz Gezmis is a postdoctoral fellow at the National Center for Theoretical Sciences (NCTS). His mentor is Professor Chieh-Yu Chang.
Before joining NCTS, he was a MOST postdoctoral fellow at the National Tsing Hua University in Hsinchu, Taiwan working with Professor Chieh-Yu Chang. In August 2019, he obtained his PhD degree from Texas A&M University under the supervision of Professor Matthew A. Papanikolas.
His research involves arithmetic of function fields, Drinfeld modules, special values of L-functions and modular forms.
