Chien-Hua Chen is a postdoctoral fellow at the National Center for Theoretical Sciences (NCTS). His mentor is Professor Fu-Tsun Wei.

In May 2022,  he received his PhD degree from Pennsylvania State University under the supervision of Professor Mihran Papikian.

His research is mainly on arithmetic properties for Drinfeld modules of arbitrary rank, especially on Galois representation associated to Drinfeld modules of rank greater than 2.
