My name is Sasha Viktorova and I am a postdoctoral fellow at the National Center for Theoretical Sciences (NCTS). My mentor is Professor Hsueh-Yung Lin.
Previously, I was a postdoctoral researcher as part of the Methusalem Project in Pure Mathematics at KU Leuven. I obtained my PhD from Stony Brook University in 2022, under the supervision of Radu Laza.
My research is in algebraic and complex geometry. My interests include cubic hypersurfaces, irreducible symplectic varieties, moduli spaces, and singularity theory.
