Abstract:
The reading seminar is designed for students who are interested in learning differential geometry and algebraic geometry. We choose the book ``Algebraic Curves and Riemann surfaces’’ by Rick Miranda as our main reference. Students have to give presentation of the book and are required to attend the regular differential geometry and algebraic geometry seminar held in NCKU (during the summer or during the semester).
