Nozomi Ito is a postdoctoral fellow at the National Center for Theoretical Sciences (NCTS).  His mentor is Professor Ming-Lun Hsieh.

Before joining NCTS, he was a postdoctoral researcher at the Research Institute for Mathematical Sciences (RIMS), Kyoto University, Japan.

His research area is the theory of automorphic forms/representations. In particular, he is interested in explicit formulas relating automorphic periods to special values of automorphic L-functions.
