We are pleased to announce that Profs. Shih-Hsin Chen, Chun-Chi Lin, and Peng-Jie Wong have been awarded the 2024 NCTS Outstanding Paper Award. 

Prof. Shih-Hsin Chen of National Chung Hsing University for his work in “Complete and Partial Synchronization of Two-group and Three-group Kuramoto Oscillators”.

Prof. Chun-Chi Lin of National Taiwan Normal University for his work in “A Second-order Elastic Flow for Path Planning in ℝ²”.

Prof. Peng-Jie Wong of National Sun Yat-sen University for his work in “The Eighth Moment of the Riemann Zeta Function”.

NCTS encourages and acknowledges the active involvement of scholars in theoretical science research, thus establishing the NCTS Oustanding Paper Award.
