Iacopo Brivio is a postdoctoral fellow at the National Center for Theoretical Sciences (NCTS). His mentor is Professor Jungkai A. Chen.
He received his PhD in June 2020 from the University of California, San Diego, under the supervision of Professor James McKernan.
His research is in birational geometry and moduli theory, in particular in positive and mixed characteristic.
