1. Sheng-Fu Chiu is a postdoctoral fellow at the National Center for Theoretical Science (NCTS). His mentor is Professor Nankuo Ho.

2. Before joining NCTS, he was an institute research scholar at Academia Sinica. He received his PhD degree from Northwestern University under the supervision of Professor Dmitry Tamarkin.

3. The majority of his research involves sheaf theoretic microlocal analysis and its applications to topological data analysis and symplectic geometry. Recently, he has been interested in the geometrical and dynamical aspects of quantum physics and quantum information.
