Huy Dang is a postdoctoral fellow at the National Center for Theoretical Science (NCTS). His mentor is Professor ChiaFu Yu.
Before joining NCTS, he was a postdoctoral researcher at the Vietnam Institute for Advanced Study in Mathematics. Before that, he was an IMSimons postdoc at the Institute of Mathematics, Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology.
In May 2020, he obtained his Ph.D. in algebraic geometry at the University of Virginia under the supervision of Andrew Obus.He is interested in arithmetic geometry. In particular, he has been studying wildly ramified coverings using tools from higherclassfield theory and nonarchimedean geometry.
Here is his HOMEPAGE.
