Manifold/Smooth Structure of the Space of Holomorphic Maps and Compactification

Abstract:
We discuss known results/proposed plan for the structure of the space of holomorphic maps of various degrees from closed Riemann surfaces to complex projective spaces. We also discuss their Gromov compacitification.
