EKOR strata of Siegel modular varieties

The EKOR stratification is the interpolation of the KR stratification for Shimura varieties with Iwahori level structure and the EO stratification for those with hyperspecial level structure to those of parahoric level structure. We shall discuss EKOR strata in details for the Siegel 3-fold.
