Synchronization Analysis to Forced Kuramoto Model on Networks
Shih-Hsin Chen (NCTS)

Abstract:

The Kuramoto model has been studied to investigate and simulate the synchronization behavior of coupled oscillators. It also has been applied to many scientific disciplines such as physics, chemistry, biology, networks etc. In this talk, we consider the forced Kuramoto model on the networks. In this model, each oscillator is affected by a periodic forcing of the fraction of this oscillator. We shall establish certain sufficient conditions to ensure that these coupled oscillators achieve phase and frequency synchronization asymptotically.
