Some Ideas about "Synchronization of Metronomes"

Abstract:

Synchronization if a common phenomenon in physical and biological systems. We examine the synchronization of two metronomes placed on a freely moving base. I hope this physical model could provide a mechanical realization of the Kuramoto model for synchronizations.
