We study noncommutative homological mirror symmetry between Fukaya categories of Calabi-Yau 3-folds and derived categories of quiver algebras with potentials. We also introduce Seiberg duality of quiver and geometric realization of Fukaya categories by mutation of Lagrangian spheres.
