In this talk, I will explain how to use categorical action of the shifted affine algebra to construct (or induce) t-structures on the weight categories. In particular, when the categories are the bounded derived category of coherent sheaves on Grassmannians or partial ag varieties, the t-structure we obtain is precisely the exotic t-structure which defined by R. Bezrukavnikov associated to the exceptional collections that given by M. Kapranov. As a by-product, we calculate some of the generators of the shifted affine algebra act on the basis given by the exceptional collections.
