Mathematical analysis of a Lotka-Volterra model with parasite fungi effect in aquatic food web

We shall construct Lyapunov functions for subsystems of a Lotka-Volterra model with parasite fungi. Then we discuss the uniform persistence of the system of entire food web with parasite fungi. The effect of parasite fungi on the zooplankton population or so called “F-Zink" will be discussed.
