Abstract:

Lagrangian translating solitons are possible local models for finite-time singularities to Lagrangian mean curvature flow. In this talk, I will go over the known stability results and gluing construction for Lagrangian translating solitons. If time permits, I will describe a work in progress towards understanding their deformation theory and local uniqueness.
