Sea level rises play a major impact on the development of the territory of Taiwan since Taiwan is an island. It is widely believed in the literature that ice sheets have potential to affect sea level rises.

In this forum, we discuss some possible research directions on ice sheet dynamics. We are very pleased to invite Professor Cheng-Chien Liu, from National Cheng-Kung University, to share his research about iceberg.
