We will briefly recall what we have seen during the previous seminar on microRNA-mediated threshold effects, titrative interactions and how these are related to microRNA-mediated targets’crosstalk. We will then move to a quantitative view on how these ‘competing’ RNAs may influence each-other fluctuations in a highly non-linear microRNA-dependent manner in single cells.
