Reaction Networks for a Graphical Description of Biochemical Systems: Three Milestones and Recent Issues in the Stochastic Reaction Network Literature

Abstract
A biochemical system can be modeled stochastically with a jump-by-jump fashion Markov chain to incorporate intrinsic noise of the system. In this talk, we will introduce three milestones in the stochastic reaction network literature. Then we will also take a look at what types of research problems people are currently interested in.
