Finite-time Blowup Solutions to the Keller-Segel System

Abstract
I will present constructive examples of finite-time blowup solutions to the Keller-Segel system in
for both
-critical (
= 2) and
-supercritical regimes (
≥ 3). The blowup in 2D occurs through the concentration of mass, and blowup dynamics are completely quantized according to a discrete spectrum of the linearized operator around the rescaled stationary solution. In the higher dimensional case the radially symmetric profile of collapsing-ring solution is linked to the traveling-wave of the 1D viscous Burgers equation.
