Sensitivity in CRN in Relation to the Network Structure: an Abstract Approach

Abstract
Small perturbations of selected reaction rates in a chemical reaction network may lead to changes in the equilibrium. In this talk, we compute this response in terms of the underlying network structure. To do so, we introduce a prototypical linear response equation and compute its sensitivity. Then, we show how this abstract result is applied to obtain sensitivity formulae for more complex dynamics like CRN or Markov chains.
