Energetic Variational Approaches in General Diffusions

Abstract
We will present a few examples of general diffusion dynamics, including Poisson-Nernst-Planck system, Keller-Segel model and Wright-Fisher models.
The analytical challenges of these systems are also related to real time applications.
I will explore various formulations to these systems under the framework of energetic variational approaches.
