An Improved Bound for Strongly-Regular Graphs with Fixed Smallest Eigenvalue
Jack Koolen (University of Science and Technology of China)

Abstract
Sims showed that for given smallest eigenvalue , where is a positive integer, there are only finitely many strongly-regular graphs besides the Latin square graphs, Steiner graphs and the complete multipartite graphs. Neumaier gave an explicit upper bound for the number of such an exceptional graph with smallest eigenvalue . In this talk we will improve this result of Neumaier.
