A Mirror Theorem for Partial Flag Bundles
Yuki Koto (Academia Sinica)

Abstract:
Genus-zero Gromov-Witten (g=0 GW) invariants of a complex smooth projective variety X form an infinite collection of invariants associated with rational curve counting problems on X. Although they are not, in general, literal counts of rational curves, they encode rich enumerative and geometric information and are related to one another by various structures. Thanks to Givental's celebrated work, g=0 GW invariants of X can be computed via a mirror theorem for X, namely by finding a 'good' point on the Givental cone of X. In this talk, I will explain the foundations of g=0 GW theory and Givental's formalism. I will also discuss a mirror theorem for partial flag bundles associated with vector bundles. This talk is based on joint work with Ionut Ciocan-Fontanine.
