A Survey of Lagrangian Fibrations

Abstract: This talk will be a survey of Lagrangian fibrations of holomorphic symplectic manifolds and varieties. We will describe some general structural results, constructions of examples, and some classification results. In particular, the general fibres of Lagrangian fibrations are abelian varieties, so our constructions and classification results will focus on examples whose general fibres are Jacobians of curves or Prym varieties.
