Topics on Hyperelliptic Curves

Abstract:
I am going to give a series of Lectures on Mumford’s book ``Tata Lecture on Theta volume II.’’ We will give a detail study of geometry of hyperelliptic curves and its theta functions. Our goal is to describe the solution of the K.d.V. or K.P. systems (integrable hierarchy) using the geometry of hyperelliptic curves.
