Twisted S^1 Bundle over Klein Bottle

Abstract
The twisted 
-bundle over Klein bottle is one of the few examples of Seifert fibered spaces with more than one Seifert fibering. We show that it is a 3-manfold of genus 3, and we construct a Heegaard splitting and a Heegaard diagram for it.
