Aim & Scope:

The aim of this conference is to bring overseas and domestic experts together exchanging recent development in function fields and representation theory. One of the focuses will be on rationality problem of function fields, the interesting area that Professor Ming-Chang Kang has been devoted decades on it, which concern the rationality of invariants under certain group actions. Not only various algebraic aspects and geometric aspects of functions fields will be discussed, but also the related area in arithmetic geometry and representation theory as well.
