NCTS / NCU One-Day Workshop on Multiscaling Computational Methods and Compressive Sensing

June 25, 2015

M107, Hong-Jing Hall, NCU
Organizers:
I-Liang Chern (Institute of Applied Mathematical Sciences, National Taiwan University)

Compressive Sensing is a hot research area. It has been found applications in signal, image processing, data analysis and many others. We look for its possible applications in numerical PDEs, in particular, multiscale PDEs. In this workshop, we bring experts from multiscale numerical methods and compressive sensing together. Each speakers talk either on compressive sensing or multiscale numerical PDEs. Then we will have informal discussion at the end.
