Aim & Scope

The Conference on Algebraic Representation Theory (CART) is a conference series held annually since 2019. The duration of each CART is approximately three days and the venue is to rotate among cities in East Asia.The main purpose of CART is to bring together Lie theorists of these regions and to provide a forum for them to present and discuss their newest results, and fostering possible future collaborations among mathematicians in East Asia. An important difference of CART is its emphasis on nurturing young mathematicians and mathematical students. The organizers aim to have at least two-thirds of the invited speakers to be junior mathematicians or students in each of the CART events. This year, the CART will be held at NCTS, Taiwan, in a hybrid form.
