Aim & Scope
The NCTS Workshop on "Mathematics of living systems" will be held at National Center for Theoretical Sciences, National Taiwan University, Jan. 25-26, 2024. This workshop aims to survey recent advances of theoretical modeling and computer simulations on complex phenomena arising in active matter, physical biology, mechanobiology, intricate fluid-structure problems, and dynamic self-organization processes in living organisms. We expect this workshop to provide an excellent opportunity for local researchers to interact with invited speakers, and that we will be able to exchange ideas and experiences in this direction.
