It also provides opportunities to invite scholars from other parts of the world for interaction. Over the past few years, the conference has been hosted in various Asian countries, each with a significant presence in the development of quantitative finance. Below are some of the past conferences:

1.     National University of Singapore, Singapore, January 9-11, 2013

2.     Shandong University, Weihai, June 19-21, 2014

3.     Chinese University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong, July 6-8, 2015

4.     Osaka University, Japan, February 21-23, 2016

5.     Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology, Korea, April 24-26, 2017

6.     Sun Yat-Sen University, China, November 17-19, 2018

7.     Vietnam Institute for Advanced Study in Mathematics, Vietnam, July 2-5, 2019

The conference was paused for a few years due to the pandemic, and it is suggested that the 8th conference be held in Taipei. The main topics of the conference include, but are not limited to:

●    Application of stochastic control in quantitative finance

●    Machine learning and reinforcement learning in quantitative finance

●    Stochastic game and mean-field game in quantitative finance

●    Financial engineering
