Symposium on Geometric Analysis and Complex Geometry

January 23 - 24, 2026

Room 515, Cosmology Building, NTU
Organizers:
Chin-Yu Hsiao (National Taiwan University)
Mao-Pei Tsui (National Taiwan University)

Aim & Scope
The Symposium on Geometric Analysis and Complex Geometry in honor of  Professor D.H. Phong is organized to celebrate Professor Phong’s profound and far-reaching contributions to geometric analysis, complex geometry, nonlinear PDE, and mathematical physics.

This symposium brings together leading mathematicians whose work both reflects and advances the central themes of Professor Phong’s research. Its aim is to provide a stimulating forum for presenting recent developments, promoting interactions among experts in geometric analysis and complex geometry, and showcasing the continuing influence of Professor Phong’s ideas across these interconnected fields.

Topics of interest include, but are not limited to:

           •        Complex geometry and pluripotential theory

           •        Complex Monge–Ampère equations and Kähler–Einstein metrics

           •        Geometric flows and nonlinear elliptic/parabolic PDE

           •        Several complex variables and CR geometry
