2025 NCTS Postdoctoral Fellows
The National Center for Theoretical Sciences (NCTS) Mathematics Division invites applications for Postdoctoral Fellows starting appointments either in the spring or fall of 2025. The NCTS is an international research center in mathematics and theoretical physics, supported by the National Science and Technology Council of Taiwanand the National Taiwan University. It aims to be a research center of excellence and hosts many scientific activities in the form of international conferences, workshops, seminars, short courses, and summer/winter schools every year. Description
The spring appointment starts from February 1, 2025, while the fall appointment from August 1, 2025. The duration of either appointment is 1 to 2 years and is extendable up to a total of 3 years. The NCTS also provides its postdocs generous research related funds for travelling overseas to attend conferences or to visit research institutions abroad. Support for Chinese Language Class is also available for NCTS international postdocs. The NCTS will consider applications from all research areas in mathematics, however, priority will be given to applicants working in a field closely related to one of the NCTS Topical Programs.
