A dimension descent scheme for the positive mass theorem in arbitrary dimension

Abstract
We describe an inductive scheme for proving the positive mass theorem in arbitrary dimension, extending the minimal hypersurface approach pioneered by Schoen and Yau. This is joint work with Yipeng Wang.
